It's official!!!!! As of 9am this morning, the house is on the market! (minus one lovely FEMA trailer on the front lawn). By noon we already had our first showing and another scheduled for 5pm. (good thing we are leaving town next week, I can't handle the kids and the stress of keeping it clean!). Everyone seems to think that it will sell very, very fast. I sure hope so! Angie and I are going to celebrate with pedicures:)
