Weekend Update

Jeff came home early on Thursday (instead of sunday) and we were able to enjoy a nice long weekend together. Friday, we went to the waterpark in Gulfport for his command's family fun day. Spent $10 the whole day and got 4 people into the park and ate a nice free catered lunch...NOT BAD...oh yeah, and got a great tan:)
Saturday we watched Sophie all day in trade for Ryan and Angie watching our kids all night so we could have a DATE NIGHT!!!!! Imagine that! Just us, riding in a car, alone, with optional silence. Wow! It was amazing:) We saw the Da Vinci Code. Good movie, but few surprises from what you already have heard. But still worth seeing. Then we went out to eat @ 10:30 to a nice place and spent way too much on dinner, drinks and dessert. It was really exactly what we needed:)
Today we spent the day cleaning and organizing. And the night sorting out the garage for a much needed garage sale. We are dead tired, but it was worth it.
Tomorrow Deagan has his re-check on his ears...hope all stayed positioned well. Considering he learned to climb out of his crib and land on his head the day AFTER surgery! That kid will do anything to get away from sleeping. We have lowered his crib to the floor and he's locked in now:) He seems to be sleeping better now with the tubes. We just have to re train him back into his normal schedule.
