Rolling Down the Hill

The kids learned how to roll down the hill. It took Deagan a little while to figure it out, first he was rolling sideways- kind of....but then he got it!

It was Grandpa Tom's birthday, so after going out to dinner we went back to his house for presents and a little play. Olivia took all of his tissue paper and passed it out to everyone. You had to have your flare.....and we rocked it!

Fowlerville Fair Friday

Friday night we took the kids to the Fowlerville Fair. It's a total "hick" experience in a little town 15 mins from us. It's a great time, I've been going for years and this year I got to introduce the family to it! It brought us back to our roots a little bit. There is a huge 4H barn with farm animals and competetions. Deagan loved the pigs and wanted to pet them constantly. Olivia is absolutely obsessed with horses, so she got to see them. And there was a little riding ring set up for warm-up, with teenage girls out riding their horses....spent a half hour there watching and waving to the girls. Then we finished the night with a good old fashioned figure eight derby- the smash-em-up kind. It was great family fun!

The Wedding Pictures

Here are some of our favorite wedding pictures to tell the story of that day. It's been five years coming, but we finally had the wedding of our dreams. It took a lot of time and patience, but we did it and it was amazing....everything I've ever wanted! The little things

This is one of my favorite pictures of the whole day, it was just after the limo had dropped the whole bridal party off and we were about to make our entrance inside. The DJ had us do a little huddle and put our hands together....what a great shot to capture the memory!
